Once you have performed Event 1 in a category, you cannot change it anymore and must perform the other events in the same category.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;Regulars&#8221; and &#8220;Rookies&#8221; competition will be scaled to accommodate the largest number of participants as possible. Rookie is for people that are new to CrossFit.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cFirebreathers\u201d category is designed to challenge the fittest athletes.<\/li>\n<li>The competition results will be posted live by each participating Affiliate to an online scoring system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"25\" data-lineheight=\"33.75px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontSize: 25; If you are not sure you can complete all the movements, there is probably someone on your team that can do what you can\u2019t! Challenge yourself and have fun.
