1 rep max Press

2 min Rest,

Then in 9 min

1 rep max Power Clean
1 rep max Back Squat

 

EVENT 2 Notes:

Score of WOD 2: total in kg of best lift for each athlete (A+B+C+D)
Female lift have a coefficient of 1.4
Example: if a female lift 100 kg her score will be (100 kg x 1.4 = 140kg)
